Looking at their rental rates for 172's, I'd say they are a little high, but with fuel having gone through the roof, it's really pretty hard to say. When you factor in a good CFI and that fact that it's local, it's probably worth it. You have to look at the competition in the area, as well. You can probably find a better deal in the middle of Kansas somewhere, but that doesn't mean much unless you want to go to the middle of Kansas to fly.
