That's great, but pay rates are only one small piece of the puzzle. I don't want to get paid DAL rates to work more days per month than them, or have worse QOL on reserve when I upgrade.

I'm very well convinced of our union's resolve to push for pay parity. It's the resolve to push for equal or better QOL that I'm skeptical of, AFTER having talked with my rep and the NC. Granted that was months ago and things have probably evolved a lot since then so I am awaiting a TA with an open mind.
