This only affirms my opinion that we should be sitting on our hands. The next round of contracts coming out of the big 3 will blow 318 out of the water.
You'll forgive me if I don't trust your opinion in these matters. You've got a long track record of working harder for less, and being proud of it.
If United's Tumi TA was at $327, and the company is "allegedly" at $300, then it seems like they're still stuck on the "Alaska Discount" philosophy.
QOL, Schedule Flexibility, and Scope are hugely important, and I'm sure the NC is championing the cause on those fronts, but wrt to pay rates, "NO MORE DISCOUNTS!!".
