Keep in mind that UALs top pay rate is attained 3 years before we do. So you should be comparing our 12 year pay to their top pay rate.
Also, I haven’t looked at it closely, but how do you come up with that 90% number, especially not considering junior activation pay?
Does IPA have a sympathy strike clause in your contract?
