Please help me determine what major airlines are granting religious accommodations. I'm a pilot for Hawaiian Airlines and I was forced to take an unpaid leave of absence in January for not being vaccinated. I, along with 499 other employees from all departments requested a religious accommodation, of which only 6 were granted, and 0 for any flight crew. Many employees were terminated and like me many were forced to take a 12-month unpaid leave and the company states we will all be subject to termination if we are not vaccinated by the end of our leave. Of the following list of air carriers, do you know which carriers are providing religious accommodations for flight crew? I believe every major carrier in the United States is accommodating those employees with sincerely held religious beliefs but I would like to have confirmation if you are an employee or know if these companies are providing accommodations allowing flight crew to work.
