The AIP was announced 12 days ago not three weeks ago and laid out a time line of a week for a TA as long as no contractual language needed to be defined more clearly. Be honest now.
You said you didn’t think, and you hoped, there’d be no contractual language problems so you’d present the TA a week ago. What happened? What’d you (or Tracy) screw up? Again I ask, did the TA die?
There’s a ton of good pilots deserving this thing now. Yesterday really. But you know that.
