It says failed any portion of flight training. You would answer yes. You will never be chastised for giving too much info. The question asks “=12ptHave you ever been removed from flight status, downgraded, or failed any portion of flight training either civilian or military?”

However, it doesn’t allow you to differentiate between being removed from flight status, or downgraded, or failing any portion of flight training either civilian or military… It just says Flying Status Change on the page header. What if you got an unsat on a 141 end of course (like
i did), but there was no flight status change?
