I agree with you that it is not right to replace it... But lets be honest here, complaining about it on here isnt going to make anything better... Talk to union reps or whoever... These are the people who can TRY to make things better instead of always being negative on here. This industry is very volatile and it probably always will be, so you have to be able to take things like this in stride or you will stress yourself to the point of a nervous breakdown... Fight for what you want and deserve, but dont give off the appearance of being a whiner.... (This is NOT meant to be a negative post)
