Just for clarification. I’m not in favor or against schedule blocking. I’ve just personally seen it go very wrong. I’ve never had the desire or need to check another Pilot’s schedule outside of doing ALPA work

Sure, awarded schedules come out.
How is reserve usage... That changes from originally awarded.
I see G line holder had to work this this this per PBS. But he or she was able to make all these changes and this is the final product of what's expected. Etc.
You can see more than just what's awarded. You can see how the schedules have changed as the month went on. From trips getting messed up to trip swaps, reserve assignments etc.
All things that are pretty important to make an educated decision when changing aircraft and/or base. Beyond the tribal knowledge of "hey guys what's 756 SFO like"
Then you get "I was 756 SFO for 3 years back in 2014 and this is my experience"
While that's nice, that's only a part of the picture.
