Probably so....On the one hand you have pilots screaming "if you pay'd us more, those new guys would stay!!" The accountants say, "yeah.....we could pay all of you a lot more and still a sizable % would leave anyway...makes no sense."
Totally agree, as majority leave for geography and opportunities the WB fleets offer a high percentage of the pilots would leave even if we had industry leading 320 pay rates.
