You may want to read the contract again and look for the MAX OPEN TIME LOA. It is a permanent LOA at the back of the contract.
Most of the confusion is due to our color coded staffing level chart. The chart only looks at reserves not how many OT trips are on those days. If it’s green many assume a drop would be approved. They don’t go and look at how many OT trips are on those days.
