it’s temporary. Mesa TA buys them maybe 2 years whereas the Skywest TA bought them 2.5 years, enough to wind down the operation completely. With the new Mesa TA, it is more in line with UAs plan to wind down UAX flying by 2024 and so Skywest will now need to quicken their dissolution timeline to complete the shutdown target goal sooner, more in line with the other regionals who are in liquidation mode.
Where is any evidence that Mesa or SkyWest are actively planning to dissolve? Show me one investor call where they've discussed this.
