Direct Entry Captain: Qualifying Pilots receive a 121 Longevity Match and wages starting at $146/hour. To qualify, you
must have:
An ATP Rating
1.000 FAR-121 hours
2,500 hours of total flight time (500 Multi-Engine Turbine and 500 PIC/1,000 SIC)
Experienced First Officer: Qualifying Pilots with at least 600 hours of FAR-121 receive starting compensation of
$142,290, a 121 Longevity match, PLUS you will begin receiving Captain pay at 750 hours.
