I do think it is managements fault. It's funny that you and others just always seem to turn it around and say us at XJT are complaining. I know it's not the pilots fault. Who's ignoring anything? CAL had their regional just like others and made a business move to diversify their flying just like others. No one is ignoring anything. I'd say "we guys" fully understand what's going on and accept it because there's nothing any amount of worrying is going to accomplish. You however attack over and over. You attack the pilot groups themselves. You act like it's our fault. Stop crying.
