Mesa unfortunately is a nonstarter due to their base offerings. I will likely pursue Skywest hoping their pay comes up significantly from the $60 proposed in the latest TA. If not, I will probably try to hop back to Envoy at the first chance I get.

Does anybody know if leaving during any part of training would be a career limiting move? I've heard airlines will assume you washed out out of training even if you leave voluntarily, but I'd be happy to hear otherwise.
