Does anybody know if leaving during any part of training would be a career limiting move? I've heard airlines will assume you washed out out of training even if you leave voluntarily, but I'd be happy to hear otherwise.
Yea, don't do that. It'll look like you washed out or were asked to resign for less than stellar reasons. If you think you are going to bail, don't ever start.
In a few years time, you might be wishing you had done differently when you can't get a bite from any of the majors and are stuck working at a second or third tier cargo operator.
