Just talked to a pilot just off OE. He said in his interview, he was told Atlas would hire anyone, from any country, and work on getting them permission/right to work in the US. He said some people were taking more than a year to get their right to work, after they were hired.
Atlas may want to hire anyone from any country, but it just doesn’t work that way. I’m sure they wish that was the case haha. I was a permanent resident for a long time, then became a US citizen, so I know a bit about immigration
