Is it a bad thing that XJT pays their FOs nearly $10k more second year than Pinnacle? There's no sense in wishing against that.
Stop settling for less.

Please don't rationalize the erosion of work rules and pay rates.
I have nothing against XJET at all I was just using them as an example of how a company tries to do good and they get Sh%$ on.

I just think all this crap at Pinnacle will go on for years... Its great that 99% of us voted a strike, but it will never happen. We will never get released. Pinnacle mngmt does whatever they want and they get away with it. Working for this company is like ****ing in the wind.
PT is one step away from Mesa's JO... Union calls are always the same "the company did this and we are making no progess in fixing it"
Dont get me wrong I think our union does the best they can, but they are just ****ing in the wind.
