When has congress ever imposed a contract, which you eluded could happen, on a major pilot group? Or any pilot group for that matter.
My post stated a airline controlling 20% of the domestic market. You replied with overall not domestic numbers. I answered your question. The only example you could come up with was a strike 24 years ago that was ended with presidential intervention for a stunning 12% pay raise over 4 years. Question for you, do you really believe Delta would be allowed to strike?
Your post about airline growth prior to the merger also seems off because Delta had hired more pilots than NW over the prior 25 years. Hence NW wanting date of hire and Delta wanting a ratio.
