This is a bit overdramatic/conspiracy theory for me. With my class, multiple management types had plenty of opportunity to hint at a Chicago base, which they did not take. That would've been the move if they really wanted to deceive us. Instead they gave what seems to be an honest assessment of where the growth opportunities are. It's a rapidly changing environment and they probably can't say what exactly is going to happen next.
