THIS…… living in base is the key. Reserve isn’t much different than being a line holder except you can’t move your days as easily. Even as a line holder you truly don’t know your schedule and as a reserve, every time your phone rings it produces cash!! I tend to get more days “at home” on reserve than I do as a blank line holder, hence bidding reserve and taking the gamble. 140/150 tfp a month without breaking a sweat. The only difference is, I don’t know what my “trip” looks like until 3:05 in the morning!!!! Limited dead heads…. No more than when I was bidding lines…..
