This is just our industry with a seniority system which makes for zero portability. Half of our attrition is from people less than 12 months on property. They have nothing invested. So when you know you are stuck here, it can lead to this bitterness. I admire the folks here who have the open honesty to admit that even after a new TA, they won't be happy here because it's still AS.
Are you saying that you wouldn’t recommend someone coming to AS? Even with the new contract hopefully in the works? I’ve been considering AS for awhile now to get out of my regional. Thanks
