Yes, they happened before the SLI. LOA 19 was a short sighted, “We will show you” POS that RA probably couldn’t believe you all agreed to. Nice to be rewarded for taking less for the entire group vs showing character and working together, regardless of personalities. There was no ultimatum.
Like the Newbies said, they could give a **** about the SLI talk. Some are too busy wanting to talk about their 1 year upgrade, how they got stuck at the regionals, you know, their grips. Works both ways. Although 99% of crews are great.
