They have lightly addressed this when JBlu had their investment call. They said it can be done via the iPad. In the end, learning JBLU call outs is no different than the 4 times Spirit has completely changed the AOM2 since ive been here. Which is why I said the bulk of any in person would more likely revolve around HR stuff and the “culture” that B6 is so invested in. Could it all be done remotely, sure, but we are looking at new benefits, insurance, retirement custodian, etc etc. Then we will need to get new ID’s, new tablets, etc from flight ops, could it be done by mail, sure. Could NK crew records and HR send over everything, sure.
I don’t how it will go down and it’s not up to me, but it’s not a long stretch to see it may just be easier to do a 1-2 day in person indoc summary and a sim.
