Which is why I said the bulk of any in person would more likely revolve around HR stuff and the “culture” that B6 is so invested in. Could it all be done remotely, sure, but we are looking at new benefits, insurance, retirement custodian, etc etc. Then we will need to get new ID’s, new tablets, etc from flight ops, could it be done by mail, sure. I don’t how it will go down and it’s not up to me, but it’s not a long stretch to see it may just be easier to do a 1-2 day in person indoc summary and a sim.
You have mentioned sim twice. They said a sim isnt necessary and can be done using distance learning. Im literally telling you what they announced when asked this question, you dont need to "imagine" what sims will be necessary, they said it isnt.
But like you said a few posts ago, who really cares?
TPA, JCBA ISL...those are my concerns. I couldn't care less about what I need to do in 2+ years to fly the same airplane
