By the way, after enough waiting tables in my lifetime I hate it when people try to tell me "the customer is always right." In fact, many customers are rude, ignorant, or downright hostile towards employees. I do my best always to treat my customers well (and yes, being an airline pilot
is a customer service oriented job), but sometimes the things they do can't just be allowed to happen.
