Is this going to be an insane headache? Almost makes me want to accept other offers. I’m supposed to start indoc within two weeks. Any insights? Thanks.
A 10 year timeframe is standard. Hopefully you're not interested in applying somewhere like FedEx that requires your *entire* work history without gaps. Best advice I can give is compile your work / address histories and information once and save it as a document to reference for future applications.
Also if you're discouraged by needing to provide a 10 year history because it's inconvenient Flex may not be a good fit for you culturally. You're going to be expected to do a LOT here and you're going to work hard all day every day while you're on rotation. If this is a marker that this level of work isn't for you, you should listen to that voice and take another opportunity that may fit your personality and expectations better.
Best of luck, and welcome aboard if you decide it's for you.
