This is correct. Flying Together (our main employee website) has the details of all our travel agreements listed. I’d say the ability to ZED travel in business is overwhelmingly the exception to the rule but certain major carriers (Lufthansa & Turkish off the top of my head) do allow it, & you do pay more for a business class ZED than economy. Not all Star Alliance allows it. Singapore, for example, doesn’t even allow us to ZED travel at all.
