I’m guessing because the arbitrator decided that the guys that converted the old A and B plans have been stuck with 13.5% DC. It is BS. Complete BS. We all should be awarded the same benefits. The converted A plans were benefits earned ALREADY. The arbitrator viewed it as some kind of bonus the older guys got so therefore don’t deserve the higher DC rate. Many of us are still only getting 13.5%.

Even though it is BS, no pilot on the property is responsible for this. There is no division created by this…at least in my mind. There’s virtually zero percent chance of getting that extra 2% DC as retro. If the TA is good, I’ll vote for it. However, I will not vote no on a good TA just to die on this small hill.
