My gripe with iPad systems training at JetBlue… if you want to know what a button actually does, you have to read it again.. and guess what, the second time you read it, it still doesn’t say.

At least when you’re clicking through PowerPoint slides in a classroom, you can ask the instructor what that button actually does.
