I don’t think I know the A220 any worse by learning systems from an iPad course. Most of the buttons are sensed by the airplane anyway and one step closer to pilotless cockpit. If I want to look up what a certain button does, there’s other sources of material besides the iPad courses that I can reference. I’ve done training programs at other airlines where you leave the schoolhouse as a systems guru, but still unsure how the automation works on an arrival. I prefer how Jetblue does it, especially the 220 program.
