yes sir. So does bidding a reserve block from open time (including MOT) and anything assigned to it, while also giving you more utilization which is key if you're hoping to say home later in the month. Can only bid straight on reserve blocks but as you may know AR trips get reassigned frequently triggering premium, which would all be at 2nd year pay in your case.
