What you meant to say was since the self imposed manning crunch created by stopping hiring in 2018, then exacerbated by the VEOP. My seniority is like a rocket ship, which is nice. But my rotations have been garbage and the coverage is near zero. I suppose the money from premium flying is nice but honestly I worry that the new precedent is that marketing can add to the schedule to maintain this breakneck pace that has been set. The point that the pilot group is tapped out on picking up premium is the only question I have left.

I miss the general schedule quality and profit sharing of 2017.
