I personally used Spitfire Elite, good friend of mine used them as well. We were both fortunate to get a CJO. SFE are heavily focused on FedEx but have great instructors and technique on bringing authentic stories out of you, instructors there are amazing.
Emerald coast has great potential as well but never used them.
Kit Darby aviation consulting has great instructors as well. I used him mainly because my company pays him [emoji28] hope it helps!
