SCR is a whole different animal and the rules do need a lot of improvement on CBA 2.0. I would love to see us be able to pick up above guarantee on days off but the line holders will never vote for it.
In smaller bases, it doesn't matter if you are LCR in -base...bc they will regularly shift you to SCR day 1 of your block. The language on conversions is way too loose--no one should ever be converted to SCR on day 1 of a block--basically gives them the ability to use an LCR like an SCR.
