To my knowledge DALPA never advocated for full control of rotation construction - where did you hear this, or why are you exaggerating?
This is the problem, lack of leadership. What do you think the polling response from the pilots will always be? That’s right, a comprehensive overhaul of everything.
We elect leaders to lead, not to rubber stamp pilots wish lists.
