Anyone with a basic knowledge of culture and history knows the obvious. As someone who is a prolific reader of history (not just "Puritan") I would suggest reading some Herodotus or Gibbon do get an idea of how our culture evolved.

Propagation of a species does not need 100% efficiency. There have always been outliers. And once you consider that
