I turned down a Spirit interview because of this and the fact that I’ll be making over 12 year Spirit FO pay as a CA at Envoy, or the same as a 9 year Spirit FO as a CA at Mesa. I literally can’t afford to be a Spirit FO at this point. I’d be taking a huge pay cut.

No more dropping trips at Spirit when they’re short staffed and they won’t be properly staffed until they increase pay.
