Management and exco would be wise to agree to an immediate pay raise like the other carriers…at least that what 9easy is suggesting here.
Incorrect - these new deals have included improvements well beyond pay rates, including min day pay, hotels, retirement, min days off, reassignment etc. The new Skywest deal actually provides a higher retirement contribution to senior pilots than Allegiant pilots get. The company can get a deal done if they want to without waiting for the the NMB, this old wives tail has been proven false this year in several instances.
