Management and exco would be wise to agree to an immediate pay raise like the other carriers…at least that what 9easy is suggesting here.
Maury would take that deal for a large raise and no work rule changes tomorrow if the union and pilot group would approve it. But the pilot group as a whole would never ratify it so Andrew tells the company no. That's one thing I'll give him credit for.
