A good way to get your foot in the door, is go to your local airport and see if they have any jobs available. Depending on your age, you could fuel airplanes if you have a driver's license. If not, there are always planes that need to be washed. I took my first flight when I was 12 years old and worked at my local airport taking flight lessons until I was 18 and went to college.
