Regional captains make over $200 hour. With profit sharing and incentive bonuses and premium pay. Lots of regional captains making over 300k. With a flow number. 3.5 year upgrade is unlikely at Spirit. if you can upgrade that fast I hope you live in base because you’ll be on reserve for 3-4 years. No reserve drops either.
I cannot make a case for someone today to leave their regional to come here. Stay, upgrade, flow. Money is hands down better at your regional/legacy and Seniority is hands down gonna be better at your regional/legacy.
