Can I get an AMEN!! Our PWA has built in protections against poor staffing. Imagine if we had something as effective as PB days for scope violations.
Except they don't seem interested in fixing the root cause of the "excessive" PB days. They probing to see if we're dumb enough to waive them away instead.
