No DC or healthcare while on LTD, those are concerns. Offsetting income, that’s a concern. Someone bouncing after 3 years and wants 100% of the company contribution, not so much.
I am beginning to think you are just a hot head. I was responding specifically to people coming here to then move on and how staying at a regional is probably better right now.
Obviously if someone is making NK their home, six years isn’t a problem. Do you just assume everyone is an idiot and you are the smartest person in the room?
