I respect your opinion and admire your enthusiasm, but your optimistic outlook on negotiations was preceded with "I'm new and have never been through this before..." No offense kid, but you just don't know what you don't know.
There's no reason to try to get others hyped up over the prospect of a TA by years end. Now if these wild circumstances make that happen then great, I'd love to be wrong but I certainly wouldn't put money on it. You should seriously consider searching this forum back to 2016-17 to get a better idea of who we're dealing with.
