To you. I've never really considered it a benefit because it's such a crapshoot of a "benefit." At best, it's a nice to have item. I'd certainly give up buddy passes for some yearly positive space tickets. I think I've maybe used 3 in the near decade I've been here. What's funny is that the company justifies average or slightly below average wages to many at Delta, because of non-rev.
