I wouldn't put it past the company to let the LOA sunset, but still keep PSC for flight attendants in some form -- maybe to-work only.

They are posting a bid specifically to allow flight attendants to change bases before PS ends. If they keep PS a lot of flight attendants who base transfer will cry foul.
