If you’re unhappy being an LCA (seriously I get it, the job is difficult and task saturating) then leave. Either go to AA, UA the cargos or just go back to the line as a Captain. You’ve got plenty of options If you out a little bit of effort in to getting out and LCA will counterbalance negatives in your application.
It’s a thankless job, especially with only $30 per hour override. It’s more so the mentality of the new hires. They don’t care about mastering the craft. Their mindset is, they’ll be gone within 6 months.
