I agree. Whatever happens with PSC, the FOM policy should be codified in the pwa (minus any language on few times in a career or other nonsense). Seeing as though it’s been company policy for the last five years or so it definitely should be a zero cost item.
5 years? It’s been company policy for 12-13 years. The company’s current FOM policy practically mirrors the old NWA commuter policy except for the threatening parts. It was shortly after the joint contract went into effect.
