THIS MEC certainly IS dead in the water. At this point everyone will be biased NO with a very high bar to vote yes. Credibility matters. I don’t expect them to pull the bedazzled Christ rabbit out a hat, and at this point that’s about what it’ll take.
Right. Which raises the question... why would Kirby even make an offer with this MEC when he could save it for MEC 2.0 and get better results from the line? An offer that could pass later risks failing under this MEC. This Nov. 1 deadline is just helping the company drag out negotiations. The company asked and the MEC gave it to them. So surprise there.
